Service Radius & Travel Fee Policy

Serenity Touch operates within 10 miles of the clinic. A $50 Travel fee is required outside of this radius.

Professional Conduct & ZERO- TOLERANCE Policy

Serenity Touch is a professional Out Call massage business offering safe, in home service with a state licensed therapist. A ZERO-TOLERANCE sexual misconduct policy is strictly enforced for any inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to sexual or suggestive language, inappropriate remarks or jokes including profanity. Personal questions about the therapist’s life, relationships or body, request for sexual services, exposure of body parts, refusal to follow draping instructions, or ANY conduct that makes the therapist uncomfortable or unsafe.

The therapist reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the session for ANY boundary violation. If a session is ended for these reasons, the FULL SESSION FEE WILL BE CHARGED WITH NO REFUNDS, and future services will be band.

Identification, Consent & Booking Policy

For the safety, security, and protection of both the client and the therapist, Serenity Touch requires valid state-issued photo identification for all appointments.

The person booking the appointment and the person receiving the massage must provide a current, government-issued ID (such as a state ID card or driver’s license) when booking the appointment. The information on the ID must match the booking information.

Clients may not book an appointment for another individual without that person’s full knowledge and consent. Serenity Touch does not perform surprise visits under any circumstances.

If valid identification cannot be provided, or if consent cannot be verified, the appointment will be denied.

This policy is especially important for mobile/in-home massage services, where identity verification and confirmed consent are essential to maintaining a safe, professional environment.

Direct Contact & Consultation Requirement Policy

For the safety, professionalism, and quality of service provided by Serenity Touch, all appointments must be scheduled directly with the therapist.

Clients may not book an appointment without first contacting the therapist directly and completing a required consultation. Bookings are not considered confirmed until this consultation has taken place and approval is granted by the therapist.

The consultation is used to:

• Verify identity

• Confirm consent and expectations

• Review service details and location

• Ensure a safe and professional environment for both client and therapist

Appointments will be denied without the required consultation & state issued ID.

By requesting services with Serenity Touch, the client acknowledges and agrees to this direct contact and consultation requirement.

Consent & Draping

Clients MUST remain properly draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. INFORMED CONSENT is required before working on any area of the body, and consent may be withdrawn at any time. The therapist will always respect client comfort, boundaries, and privacy.

Right to Refuse Service

Serenity Touch reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, boundary, or policy concerns.

Payment & No-Refund Policy

A valid payment method is required to book and must be kept on file. Out call services require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your appointment. You are allowed ONE reschedule with this deposit as long as it it is more than 24 hours notice of the appointment time. In the event of rescheduling a second time, another deposit will be required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% will be charged following the service.

Parking Policy

Client is responsible to making sure there is close parking with an easy access path to the front door. Client is responsible for any parking garage fees.

Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Cancellations with Less than 24 hour notice and No-Show appointments are subject to the full session fee to compensate for reserved time and travel.
